We’re a family business (whether our kids like it or not).

With backgrounds in music and writing, a wine business may seem an unusual choice for Matt and Sundee. Wine and the arts have quite a bit in common, however, as painstaking work (some of it technical and tedious) yields an enchanting, mysterious, even transporting result. Music, stories, wine, and other forms of art help us all access more beauty and truth every day. They also inspire us to live better by focusing our attention on the best of what we all share and by breaking down the boundaries between us. 

Early on, this wine experiment was Matt’s passion project, but it became a family business pretty quickly. Sundee elevated her wine knowledge and started pouring at wine walks and other events as we got busier. Our daughters even get involved with proper work now and then.

We do more than sell wine, however. In addition to Sundee’s work as a writer and our daughters’ social and educational pursuits, we’re also all musicians. So we make music videos to celebrate our shared love for a solid groove. We hope you enjoy them as much as you do our wine.
